Who we are

Marketer Pro is run by business name and address. Contact us about privacy at contact email.

What we keep, and why

• Your email address, to create your account and email you one-time sign-in codes.
• Your study progress: your profile answers (such as name, membership grade and renewal month), XP, streak, lesson and question history, and your CPD log with any reflections and evidence notes you add. We keep a copy so it stays backed up and in step on your devices.
• On your device or browser, the app saves the same progress locally so it works offline.

We don't sell your data, show ads, or use advertising trackers.

Where it's stored

• Accounts and progress are stored with Supabase, in its London (UK) data centre.
• Sign-in emails are sent through Resend, from its Ireland (EU) region.
• The apps download updates from the same Supabase project.
• The web version loads its standard font (Roboto) from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when it does.

How long we keep it

e.g. for as long as you have an account, and for N days after you delete it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and progress. Email contact email. If you're in the UK or EU you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Deleting your data from a device

In the app, go to Profile → Reset all data. In a browser you can also clear the site's data in your browser settings. This doesn't delete your account; email us for that.
